If you order this personalised necklace along with any of our other jewellery, the other items will be sent out first and then the custom necklace as soon as it's ready.聽
Unfortunately, this Name Necklace is not returnable or refundable as it will be made to order.
It's really important that you write the name correctly in terms of lower/uppercase. 'Paige' would be created just like the picture, whereas PAIGE would be fully uppercase. (Please see the second image for reference of Old English Font)

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.
